The Advanced Optics Group is one of the largest research groups at the University of Nottingham, and as such, our research interests cover a wide variety of topics within the optics field. Research Overview

The Optics & Photonics Group is one of the largest research groups at the University of Nottingham, and as such, our research interests cover a wide variety of topics within the optics field. Currently, this ranges from laser ultrasonics, nano sensors, cell biology related microscopy, fibre sensors, photonics and biomedical applications.
