Following protocol suggested by Leo:

Assuming PS with (Mw) of 10,000. Weigh 50 mg of PS and dissolve in 1,15 ml of toluene. Let the flask turn in the orbital shaker for 15 to 20 min at least to dissolve properly all the PS. Enough for ~5 nominal samples.

Clean substrates.

Wet substrate surface in spin coater with one drop of toluene and spin dry.

Place drop of PS solution spin coat - allow to dry. Repeat if required.

Bake at 100C for 12h.

To strip place in toluene and agitate with shaker.
