This page lists the AMS design kits installed and which of the update patches have been applied. It's mostly for Roger (or whoever else is looking after the design kits) so it's obvious whether a patch has been installed or not.

v3.70

This is the design kit for the C35 process on Cadence 4.*/5.*. It can also contain the S35, BYQ, CXQ and CXZ processes but doesn't do here.

Patches installed:

• 05-Aug-2008 [28 KB] c35_cadence_digital_HK370_20080805_ISR3.tar.gz.des This update installs the following new things:# It adds the device "short" to the PRIMLIB which is needed for the new extraction run sets.
• 03-Jul-2008 [4.4 MB] c35_cadence_digital_HK370_20080703_Assura.tar.gz.des This update installs improvements to DRC, LVS and RCX run sets. This new run sets are qualified for Assura 3.1.7 USR2 + EXT7.1USR1. !!!!!! This update also changes the parasitic extract flow: Be sure to enable the switch "resimulate_extracted" in LVS if you want to use that LVS run for RCX !!!!!! Please also read the updated Assura documentation!

The following things are updated in respect to the original CD version: This update fixes a problem with VerilogIn, VerilogXL and spectreVerilog. Updated IO-Libraries with improved ESD performance. Please be aware that the improved VDD* and GND* cells have changed on all mask layers! • 09-Jul-2008 [5 MB] h35_cadence_digital_HK372_20080709_Assura.tar.gz.des This update installs improvements to DRC, LVS and RCX run sets. This new run sets are qualified for Assura 3.1.7 USR2 + EXT7.1USR1. !!!!!!
