Notes for Phigets stuff (ADC, motor controllers, lcds, rfids, etc)

- Trouble installing; o Need to install libusb-1.0.0 and libusb-1.0.0-dev (or libusb-devel), problem in make process when this wasn't detected. After faffing, I got it to work when I uninstalled and reinstalled gcc (non-64bit).
