Applied Optics : Steve Sharples

Bike for sale, £60 o.n.o.

  • 'Raleigh Ultimate' Road Bike
  • Aluminium frame, carbon forks
  • Bought for £500 in January 2003
  • 18 speed Shimano Tiagra gears
  • “Medium” size (upto ~6 foot, my height)
  • Has done 8500 miles (including Lands End to John o'Groats)
  • Most moving parts have been replaced, sometimes several times!
  • Includes good D-lock (2 keys), Cat-eye front LED lights and rear LED lights, cycle computer, mudguards. Does not include the rear rack though
