Following this it is also important to get a health and safety induction from the Area Safety Officer for the Faculty of Engineering. You will be provided with a questionnaire to fill in after which you will be issued with any required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
As part of the questionnaire you will be asked if you deal with lasers and if so to get in touch with Paul Butler-Smith for further laser training.
